Information:
By far the best Void yet, and definatly the most successful. This time, as Pico's didn't really give me the torque I wanted, and after being grossly underweight with version 1.2, I changed back to speed modded SD200's like I'd used in version 1.0. I'd planned to run the weapon off a SD200 aswell, but unfortunatly the model shop didn't have any in stock, and I didn't have time to order them off the internet, so I just got a JP Park Flyer, which is a gram heavier, and has a little more torque but much much less speed, it wasn't really ideal but it was the best I could do. Anyway, the design itself I had vastly changed since versions 1.x, Now hinging the flipper at the back, and making it be able to self right rather than be invertible (although the wheels did just about touch the ground when it was inverted anyway) and also using bigger wheels. I really didn't know how good it was going to be until the day, and the first chance I got to try it in combat was in the speedway, against Electra, which we just did for fun to test out the track. I sped round the speedway, and when I bumped into Electra, I pushed him backwards and flipped him over the wall of the speedway, which was awesome. I flipped many more robots over the wall of that speedway, eventually winning it. I was even more impressed by how well I performed in the combat, winning fights against robots I didn't think I had a chance against, And then even against MilitANT in the final. Considering the success of this version, I'm going to keep the design quite similar now, but just tweak it until I'm happy with it. Look out for version 2.1!
